God damn cheaters

Below is a transcript of the complaint I made about him;

This player is clearly using wall-through + perhaps aim-bot enhancements for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
Several times I was suspicious of his kills but towards the end he didn't care about hiding his additional software as many people had complained in chat about him. He was blatantly shooting through walls and tracing people even at a distance. Several times I would spawn secluded from the environment, but no-matter how secluded I was, he would shoot either straight away (if he could shoot though the material) or wait until I was coming around a corner. Take 5 minutes to watch this guy play and you'll see what I'm talking about.
I don't usually complain, you could probably tell from my history, but this was such an obvious attempt to get under players skins. I feel very frustrated even although it's only a game, it?s not entertaining to watch a player with such a profound ability rampage though and be abusive along the way, as if he was untouchable by administrators and the like.
I would also like to complain at this players abusive behavior towards anyone that confronted him. He was condescending, nagging and sounds like he was 12 years old (if only we could strangle people though the monitor). Nonetheless I know the ability to join and leave servers is solely upon my shoulders.

Unfortunately, if VAC doesn't detect his hax, you might be stuffed.
The lack of dedicated servers means there aren't any admins out there to watch over you :unsureabout
I'd be mildly astonished if Activision/IW review the thousands of player complaints/demos they'd get, but I wish you luck :tinfoil

um .. what? No policing is an advantage now? Thats the entire problem :|
No internode server admins to ban people and keep servers cheater free.
